Fees

1-to-1 Tuition is £50 per hour.

Lessons are delivered online and include access to an individual Google Classroom where lesson materials are shared. Students are provided with extensive study resources to support their learning between sessions. Lessons are individually tailored; for this reason, single-session “trial lessons” are not offered. Introductory sessions are available to ensure a good fit.

Group Classes are charged at the advertised termly rate.

Group students receive weekly lesson resources and access to a shared Google Classroom. Trial lessons are not offered for group classes.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking of Lessons
Lessons must be booked in consultation with the Tutor. Payments should only be made for lesson times that have been expressly agreed in advance.

2. Incorrect Bookings & Refunds
If a lesson is booked or paid for without prior agreement, any refund is entirely at the discretion of the Tutor.

3. Late Arrival Policy
Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit that lesson. In such cases, refunds will not normally be given. In genuinely exceptional circumstances, discretion may be exercised.

4. 24-Hour Booking Rule
Lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to be paid for via the website payment page.
Sessions requested with less than 24 hours’ notice require separate payment arrangements.
Availability cannot be guaranteed where less than 24 hours’ notice is given.

5. Communication
All routine communication should, in the first instance, be made via WhatsApp.

6. Homework & Resources
Homework is not routinely set unless expressly requested by the parent/student or where the Tutor identifies a clear academic need.
Resources relating to each lesson will be provided via the student’s individual Google Classroom.
